Our startup company, Patriot Commons is located in Wyanesville, MO. We're looking for all available options to raise $4 Mil in small business funding in order to begin a Real Estate portifolio. At this point, Patriot Commons currently has annual gross sales in the region of $440k. After taking over I plan to cut some costs and rasie rents. I have included some additional information below relating to the purpose of the funds and the type of funding that I think would be the best fit.
Patriot Commons is primarily interested in receiving capital from:
- Equity Funding (Venture Capital, Angel, Private Equity, etc)
- Alternative or Loan Funding
We would like to use the funds that are raised for the purposes below:
- Commercial Mortgage
I am looking for monthly payment around $30k but can negioate with some one. I am also looking into other apartment buildings to take over and to rehab historic buildings to turn into apartments. I have a plan of 3 complete properties (2 acquistion and 1 rehab) that could have a NOI of $1.6 mil when finished. 2 other building needing rehab also looking into. So a partnership could turn one detail into many.
