Home item outlet store. We will selling items such as bedding, dishes, etc for the home at very discounted prices. The margin for projected positive cash flow is fenominal. The loan would only be required for start up costs and my partner and myself are willing to put up partial capital for this venture. Both of us have had previous retail sales experience and were in the real estate business for the past few years. We have good relationships in place and have alot of people excited about our opening. We may need a little less than the $10K, but are asking for that amount to be on the safe side. We plan to repay the loan in 3-6 mos. max with a reasonable return to the investor.
