It's an exercise and fitness company, one where I've developed a method of exercise involving both a treadmill and an elliptical. I have had an overwhelming response while teaching the class at various gyms and private studios.
However, I want start/open my own studio, not gym, where I can train instructors and teach my extremely effective method of cardio exercise! Ultimately, I want start locally and expand nationally, as well as internationally. This would include studios, touring to teach/train, and videos.
I've been teaching this method now for about 4-5 years, it's perfected and ready to market!
