Description:
Found a three-family house in the Bronx that can be bought for about 50% of its actual value, but needs a large amount of work. It has no plumbing or electrical and the stairs to the third floor are missing so I couldn't even see that floor. Very gutted. It in a section of the Bronx that is getting new business, has a subway down the block and alternate subways within walking distance. I am thinking of it as a corporate housing unit where companies use this area as an alternative to getting hotels for their employees staying in New York area. Close to Laguardia so maybe can get an airline contract.
I would love to find someone to finance this house for me. I would be the landlord/care taker/property manager/project manager for renovations and would like to draw up an agreement for profit sharing now and buying the property to you within the next five years.
