Description:
I teach ESL in NYC to professionals from other countries who require temporary accommodations. I have started a professional and private (one-to-one) educational service for children, teens, and adults for nearly every subject, and I have found property to purchase to house ESL students (and other NYC visitors) and to also house the educational business. I qualify for an FHA loan which also provides the downpayment, but I need a guarantor. The property is brand new construction, located in a fine neighborhood in Bklyn within walking to the upcoming new NJ Nets Basketball Stadium, and I have already done research and compiled necessary information to fill the property, run the business, and maintain city legalities.
