Description:
We are a small painting company that has been able to survive the ups and downs of the industry for the last ten years. We would like to take it to the next level, the commercial industry. In the commercial industry, we must have more man power plus much more cash flow. South Texas is still building aggressively in residential new homes and commercially. We have the residential new home contracts, but we feel that much more is available in the commercial side. We are determined to go after commercial contracts but we are finding out that a commercial contract may take 30, 45, and even 60
