Description:
Vivosyn aims to exploit a powerful new technology in synthetic biology to produce new therapeutics, diagnostics, and fermentation supplements in the biotech arena. The key approach revolves around the use of phosphate analogues in vivo that create nuclease resistant linkages. Metabolic consequences include enhancement of mRNA relative to rRNA, enhancement of cell secretion, and induction of cell differentiation or biosynthetic processes. Due to the coronavirus crisis the first key target will be to develop a broad-spectrum antiviral for treating coronavirus, influenza, hepatis B, and other emerging viruses. Additional goals include anti-cancer therapeutics and other treatments.
