Cafecitos Cafe & Food Pavilion is an upscale fast-casual restaurant located two blocks from major luxury retailers such as: Tiffany's & Co., Neiman Marcus, Nordrstrom, Macy's and many other upscale department stores (Breitling, Dolce & Gabana, the 1st Cheesecake Factory, etc...). And we're 1 block away from a regional performing arts center that host broadway musicals and operas. This gives an idea of the income level of the customers we will serve. We've secured a lease agreement which is across the street from a major mixed-use luxury apartments and will have about 7 luxury restaurants making our block the trendiest part of the prestigious downtown restaurant district. The previous location was an upscale wine bar and cafe and therefore already has a kitchen and fully equipped. We have a full-time experienced marketing person who created the brand concept. The theme is 1915 -1925 era which includes the San Francisco World's Fair and early roaring 20's. Along with our cafe We will host big tent outdoor dining under the stars and big tent just as they did in the world's fair and now at Martha's Vineyard. Our house cuisine is South American; Brazil, Argentina, Peru, Chile and through our Food Pavilion events it depends on the guest chefs. The food can be of any kind. In 3 months we've starting raising funds we've secured $100k and seeking an additional $25k. The management team is a very humble team that works well together. One investor has proven food service experience with over 14 yogurt stores. He started with 1 store and franchised into China and now has 14 stores mostly in N. California and 8 in China. Since our funding request is under $50k we're looking more for someone that fits the team personality; humble yet bold and courageous, high moral values, very team oriented, with enthusiasm.
