The program I plan to provide will be better than lease to purchase and rent to own programs of the past. We will offer support to our homebuyers and reasonable business practices.
We will start by first allowing our potential homebuyers to move into their own homes with approximately the same amount of money that would be needed to get into a traditional apartment. We will provide an owner finance solution to the client, and will be working with a mortgage loan officer from day one to get a projected timeline for mortgage approval.
From there, we will stand by the client's side providing any necesary assistance to insure that the client can purchase a home when the time is right. We will be in the business of turning renters into homeowners.
