I am looking for someone to invest in a rescue/horse boarding facility with me. I am a professional interior designer/decorator and artist and have owned and operated my own companies for over 15 years, I am also a very active volunteer for one of the largest hooved animal rescues in the Midwest and grew up with horses/rescue animals and would like to incorporate my business experience/creative knowledge and animal expertise into a successful business. With such a huge decline in the housing market, my once very successful creative businesses have taken a hit and the rise in foreclosures and animals in need have risen, so I've gotten back into horsemanship, animal rescue and volunteering. While volunteering does not pay the bills-it is very rewarding and I would like to pursue it on a more full time basis. In turn, creating a a successful as well as rewarding business.
I need to help out the rescue organization as much as possible as well as create a profitable business and am looking for the right hobby/horse farm and acreage and investor to assist me in creating a fantastic facility. I am in need of an investor/partner. I would be willing to run the operation and maintain the property and provide the necessary care to the animals. The facility needs to be able to house rescue horses as well as provide stalls, have an indoor riding arena, pastures, etc. for boarding and events.
Please contact me should you be interested in pursuing this business opportunity.
