Socon Media has created an asynchronous, interactive, moderated, mobile video platform for health and business communication. Our system is currently deployed in online education in a paid pilot with Career Education Corp and in negotiation with a major healthcare company for a doctor-patient communication service. We believe we can save billions of dollars in the healthcare industry by reducing the 30% patient readmission rate (a $10-15k cost per event) through better post-surgical interaction between the patient and his or her doctor.
