I have an exceptionally unique idea for that falls under the catagories of hospitality & family entertainment, with a unique architectural design as well. Many details to this, and I am very protective of my idea. I have presented this to a Bank Manager, who absolutely loved the concept, said it was a franchiseable idea and that I shouldn't tell anyone about it untill I had the means to start it. He couldn't help me though, due to circumstances. I am looking to present this idea in it's entire concept, to someone who is serious only, and willing to sign a confidentiality agreement. Estimated start up costs are in the 2 million dollar range.
