Description:
Camp Escondida is a total immersion language camp specializing in 100% English or Spanish (depending on clients' needs). All activities, sports, science, music, art, reading, and writing are conducted in the target language. It is located in the pine forested mountains in northern Mexico, 4 hours drive to the USA. It is located in an environmentally protected area abound with North American buffalo, deer, rabbits, and small wildlife, and bird species.
There is a need to build more sleeping spaces (bunk houses) and to expand the solar powered lighting system. Campers learn a language at the same time that they learn about ecology, astronomy, sports, and the arts.
