Description:
I currently own a successful nightclub and restaurant and recently purchased a second location that will be more sports bar and pasta house as a diversion from the other business. While getting this location renovated, I do not want to create a serious red ink situation by relying solely on the Nightclub for the working capital.
The location is exeellent to support this type of business and interest very high for our location.
