Our objective is to be a demonstration model for private sector involvement in the development of “green” affordable housing in Africa while having a positive social and environmental impact.
IBG is managed by a team of professionals with broad understanding of the continent's distinctive market. We have also partnered with industry experts and advisors in Africa and United States to further strengthen our ability to deliver on our goals.
IBG is sponsored by individual investors, We target IRR of 15% or more on all investment portfolios with planned exit in 2 to 5 years.

Affordable Housing:
"Green" housing is emerging as an element of affordable housing. These homes are constructed to use less energy and/or generate own energy effectively reducing utility bills and green house gas emissions. We assist low-income individuals through programs that also promote responsible environmental practices. Our goal is to create sustainable solution to poverty in Africa through investments in affordable Housing with support from investors and developmental organizations worldwide.
Environmental Sustainability:
As environmental investment expands worldwide, we understand the unique concerns and opportunities facing companies in this market especially in the developing Countries. Our seasoned industry advisors and network of contacts allow us to effectively evaluate investment opportunities and provide our portfolio companies with superior support they need to succeed.
