Las Margaritas is a mexican restaurant located in Center Tx. We sell tex-mex. We have grown from 80 seating to 200 seating in just 6 years. I feel that we have maxed out our potential in our current location and have no more room to expand. We started with about 10 employees and now have about 30. We try to bring the big city feeling to the small town. We are a upscale restaurant with affordable prices. Our average meal cost about 9 usd. We average about 3000+ in sales a day. We have a separate room for private parties and meetings. If you ate at my restaurant you would not feel like you were in center tx. Rather houston or dallas. We would be competitive even in those markets. Me offer 1 free margarita with every meal. This has driven up our traffic exponentially. We also make hand made tortillas and give green and red sauce complimentary. I have had people from all over the country tell me that my food is the best they have ever had. I would even agree. I travel a lot and have been to nicer restaurants that charge more and come up short. Our food has a unique taste and is cooked fresh daily.
