Prospects Sports Solutions (PSS) and its subsidiary, Prospects Sports Solutions España have launched a systematic approach to modernize 3rd Division and Second Division B clubs in Spain and reach Liga Santander 123 (LFP) promotion for a share of the €135M TV rights for such teams. PSS’s approach goes beyond restructuring a team’s professional pool with higher level players to reach LFP status. Part of PSS’s plan is to build an academy infrastructure to support a team’s expansion plan and its farm teams.
PSS serves as the one-stop-shop for all sports management team needs including: strategic planning, athlete representation, International academies (in Spain), and event management solutions.
The goal of this approach is to leverage the best youth academy system in the world and recent legislation in Spain with a comprehensive implementation plan, using academy players to expand a team’s professional football development program. The objectives of this approach is to establish a strong football academy and international football school to maintain a well-financed feeder program and ensure players from all over the world have an opportunity to study, play and compete in Spain.
