Description:
Hello,
My name is Ed Sturgess I am the creator of www.YourJobQuest.com. I have created a job search engine that incorporates a media feature in to the application process. This product will generate income and service a need for any applicant or employer.
Online employment today is saturated with applicants that never get their fair shake. With my job search engine they will have that opportunity. 15 years ago applicants handed applications to an employer in person. This was a huge advantage for bother employers because they were able to see the applicant prior to the interview and for applicants because they can get a lasting impression. Today that hardly exists. Applicants are given a reference number and never called.
I have created website that will reconnect applicants to their employers. Applicants will have the ability to create something I call a "VCL" or "Video Cover Letter." Applicants will have the ability to create VCL's and attach them to their resume when applying for jobs using our job search engine. This is a patent pending concept.
This is a win win for both the applicant and the employer. Applicants will be given the chance to sell themselves to the employer as if they were meeting the employer face to face. At the same time this will benefit employers immensely because they will have the ability to judge, meet and see how the applicant handles themselves in respect to the job prior to a possible interview.
The kicker... Aside from the advertising that will bring in a great deal of money, the cost of a job posting is not cheap. Every site out there charges an average of three to five hundred dollars for one posting for thirty days. These sites like (monster.com, careerbuilder.com, etc...) average 1.5 million jobs posted at any given time.
There is a whole in the market for this business providing these features. It will bring in income from both job postings and advertising. This website will be helping applicants, employers and making money for potential investors.
My theory is, if a person is not greedy, patient, willing to learn and not cheat the system a great deal of money can be made.
