We are trying to start a brick and mortar food business that is unique to other businesses and targets both demographics of eaters. The idea is to have a 20 piece menu, 10 items on the Saint side would have healthy, gluten free, and vegan options with pre/post workout smotthies, and the Sinner side would have 10 items that are not so healthy, burgers, sandwhiches, and fried items. The structure of the company is to have a high quality lost cost food supplier provide all the produce so the cafe is somewhat self sustaining with Farm fresh product and offer incentives to customers to be engaged in the support of the business.
