We are a private commercial real estate lender. What we do is quite simple but yet unique, we own a commercial mortgage loan origination company called liberty lending. Liberty originates short term bridge loans and charge high interest 13%-18% a year to the borrower. Our security to the investment i the fund is guaranteed by 1st liens against these properties at low LTV’ of no more than 50%. The fund then makes these loans to the borrower at these high rates, and pays out monthly interest paid by the borrower to you, the investor. We pay the investor 12% per annum on a safe investment. We are seeking minimum investments of $250,000.
