Our mission is to be #1 in central florida and impact the community through our unique offerings. We have targeted medium to low end income people with jobs as their retail price is 79,000 - 135,000 or about 400 - 580 a month, much cheaper than rent. Our competitive advantage comes from our experience, knowledge and our contacts with the government banks around central florida. We already have deals done on a small scale that is why an investment is needed for growth. We have more people buying on the back end than we have homes on the front end and that is where the investment is needed so we can pick up these fha homes for 35 - 55 cents on the dollar before they go on the MLS and that gives us a 65 - 45% profit margin in 90 - 120 days from the government backed loan of 102% that people are already qualified for.
