Serenity Isle of Galveston, LLC will be a one of a kind substance abuse treatment center exclusively for women. It is a for profit institution located on 3.129 acres of land on Galveston Island. It will provide housing, food, and treatment for up to 39 women at a time. The program will primarily be a 90 day on site residential treatment. The facility will include a mix of one and two bedroom units. We offer a unique treatment program which includes a daily individual session with their counselor 5 days a week during the first month, and once a week for the next 60 days.
In 2016 over 1.8 million people in Texas reported having a substance use disorder. In 2017, over 75,000 people entered substance abuse treatment centers located in Texas.
For class “A” members, our projections show a 200% return on investment over a 5 year period, with an 80% annual return thereafter. Alternately, Series “A” preferred members would be looking at an approximate 14% annual return.
