The Stylists Network is a mini mall of professional stylists renting private studios, creating an enviornment that is upscale without the upscale prices. Stylists have their own private studio approximately 450 sq ft, including a styling station, bowl, dryer, closet, and credit card machine. This will allow stylists to operate independently as a salon owner, creating convenience providing affordable booth rental for many aspiring entreprenuers. Stylist can create their own flexable schedule, access to supplies & everything they need to become successful.
The renters will consist of barbers, hairstylists, tattoo artist, and nail techs. We will lease space to vendors for instance, Starbucks and Beauty Supply store franchise. Stylists and clients can enjoy the convenience of purchasing supplies, and products without making extra stops.
We will provide a furnished studios, receptionist, waiting area, valet service, coin operated laundry room, office, break room, restroom and dressing room. Revenue will come the studio and vendor rent, valet, and laundry room.
