Cabal Holding Company's current short-term primary focus is to capitalize on current opportunities within the foreclosure marketplace for the benefit of our investors, shareholders, and community. Our business model will allow us the opportunity to rapidly become an increasingly important participant in the acquisition, rehabilitation, and disposition of distressed and foreclosed properties within the United States. Current year short-term strategy will include the purchase and sale of physical assets at discounted pricing. This will create the profitability to allow expansion into our secondary strategy of brokerage opportunities and capitalizing on longer-term vehicles within the real estate market in the years ahead.
Cabal's business operations are currently focused on residential real estate foreclosure acquisitions within the United States, specifically target markets that show strong and/or recovering economic trends (i.e. Minneapolis/St. Paul, Boston, Dallas, Seattle...). Market penetration and expansion will proceed as additional capital is allocated, operational infrastructure is established, and profitable markets are identified. Future expansion of business operations and acquisitions will be undertaken in areas that, through market analysis, have been deemed most profitable so as to achieve the desired ROI for investors.
