It has been discussed between Clyde B. Tobin AKA RSM hedge fund and Eddie Durkee acting Manager of same. We plan to raise Seed Funds for RSM hedge fund by going after investors who are accredited and have an interest in RSM and its future dealings.
The fund needs capital in order to be compliant in it's business venture. The funds will be used to get the fund legal and compliant as an offshore hedge fund. The funds will also be used for office space, website and bank account.
All funds will be deposited into an escrow account. All investors will be notified as to RSM intentions to proceed once funds are collected.
