My partner and I have recently secured an oil lease deal on the west coast with proven oil reserves. We have secured a Crude Oil Purchase Agreement with an investment credit rated company to secure our loan funding. However, once our loan is approved, we will need $100k for a fully refundable commitment fee. Once the deal is funded (within 60 days of submission), then the $100k deposit is refunded. My partner and I will return that investment at 200% on your money (negotiable). Worse case scenario, if the deal for any reason doesn't fund, you get your $100k back guaranteed with no profit. This scenario should not happen since the deal has to be approved prior to any deposit being made. All verifications, documentation & agreements will be in place prior to funds being accepted.
