Description:
This is an entertainment production company, specializing in film and video. We have produced several short films which have shown at film festivals in the Pacific Northwest. The genre has previously been mainly comedy, but currently we are in pre-production currently on an overseas film project of an entirely different nature. This project is a 2-slate production, with a roll-out date for a cultural documentary and a travel television show pilot projected for summer of 2009.
Our shoestring budget for these two projects, including a 6-person crew and all equipment to travel to Indonesia to shoot for 15 days, is a meager $40,000. This includes start-up costs to incorporate the production company, including all legal fees, and will also assist in the acquisition of film production equipment to become assets of the corporation.
Incentives for any investors include film credits, a negotiable share in the production company, plus industry-standard return on any profit redeemed out of the marketing/distribution of the projects.
