We hold a power concession in Peru Junin State.
2 sites; 6.15MW re-build and 26MW new developmet on the same river/watershed area. Existing assetts of $US 2 million +/- in usable civil works. Can bank loan first development but will still be short of money for second development or will need to delay it for too long a period. Opportunity exists now for quick developments. The first site is fully permited awaiting new Minister of Energy signature, all legal is complete.
Shareholders = 2 Canadians and 3 Peruvians all known to Dennis Netherton for 8 years or more. Dennis has more than 12 years experience in Peru energy (URL removed) is a shareholder and CEO (Gerente General) of the company.
ROI on the two sites are in the 30% range.
