We are a company who has researched renewable energy generation opportunities in Panama with margins of safety and bring funding sources to new opportunities. We currently have a 25mw hydroelectric plant project from a company who has purchased the property and invested in the feasibility performed by MWH, Chicago based Engineering. This project is a $50 mm USD which is collateralized by the company's members assets. Debt and/or Equity investor opportunity.
To support the initial stages of the 4 year construction period of the hydroelectric plant, we have positioned a buyout of a fuel company with storage and permits to trade nationally and internationally out of the Free Trade Zone in Panama. Our goal with the buyout is to secure a small but significant market share of diesel sales in Panama targeting commercial, industrial and agricultural sectors and international wholesale opportunities. The buyout of the company is $2 mm USD. Debt and/or Equity investor opportunity.
