Description:
Slam Dunk Fitness is a sports centered fitness facilites that houses four basketball courts, weights, aerobics and juice bar and retail store. The competitive advantage of this facility is to offer the facility and services on a "pay-to-play" or "pay-to-exercise" basis. In my research, many would be customers simply avoid fitness facilities because they do not like signing a contract. This facility meets the customer where they are and offers the type of fitness services they desire.
