Description:
Cultus Bay Builders (CBB) is a commercial and residential construction company serving clients in the greater-Seattle metropolitan area.
On the commercial side, CBB focuses on metal-stud framing and drywall as its core competency, and has established profitable relationships with several large general contractors in the greater-Seattle area.
On the residential side, CBB has built two spec houses on Whidbey Island, one of which sold for a significant profit margin in spite of the downturn in the housing market. The other is days from completion with many buyers interested. We attribute our success to a well-thought-out strategy targeting a specific market and carefully selecting land in an ideal location to suit the needs of our target market.
