CrowdCrave is a player in the "Daily Deal" space in Southern California. I know there is lots of talk of is there too many companies competing for the same set of eyes on their email inbox. But we have found and our increased sales that with x number of deals in each market place and y number of emails we can generate a very consistant return. Living Social and Groupon have proven the model and it works. I have self funded the company so far and can continue to fund. I'm looking for a equity partner to help me with the funding of the growth of email lists. We are only in 3 markets to this point San Diego, LA and Orange County.
This deal works I think that the sky is the limit and from what I'm seeing a significant aquistion market will start consolidate the market in the next few years. Our sales have increased each month since we launched.
