We are coffee shop and cafe as well as a bookstore. We are a full service expresso based coffee shop with a quality selection of cafe style sandwiches, salads and soups. We also have a modest bookstore. The only reason it is modest is due to the size of our store.
We are in a mall that is in a redevelopment stage. Our coffee and cafe food have gotten rave reviews from our customers but inside mall access makes business slow. Since the mall is in a redevelopment stage regular mall traffic is slow which is main traffic draw upon for customers. We have the only bookstore within 30 minutes however our store selection is very limited so it doesn't draw in much traffic.
Our goal is to move to an outside location in the mall. This would increase visibility to draw in more espresso
