(URL removed) thoroughly researches and acquires Tax Liens and Tax Deeds from various Government Entities. Tax Liens are liens against real property for the failure to pay property taxes. When the taxes are paid, usually by a mortgage company or through a sale or re-finance, the government entity collects the taxes plus interests and penalties. The interest and penalties go to the lien holder, either the government entity or the tax lien investor.
