We have been renting and rehabbing properties for 10 years and have been profitable , however we need funding to grow exponentially and to grow our passive rental income that can provide a significant positive monthly ROI. We are currently seeking funding or line of credit of $100,000-$200,000 to secure and acquire property secure by RE as collateral to ensure lender comfort level in lending.
