Hello,
I am looking for funds to purchase REO pools (also known as bulk-sales) from various banks/financial institutions. These pools are usually valued from 3-15 million, and we look to purchase them for roughly 15-30 cents on the dollar, depending on the portfolio. Would you be interested in either funding or joint venturing on these types of transactions or do you have any referrals/recommendations?
