The Vibing Vegan plant-based fast casual restaurant in Inglewood,Ca for the 18-40 year old music lover. More specifically, the Hip Hip culture in order to advocate a healthier way of eating. If you are of the demographic that grew up with Hip Hop or familiar with it, you know the urban menu consists of things like: Ramen Noodles, cheeseburgers, bologna, hotdogs, pizza and nachos; processed foods, empty carbs and lots and lots of cheese.
As more and more people are interested in eating healthier, the Vibing Vegan makes the transition easier by having delicious, not just healthy alternatives to the nostalgic dishes from your meat and dairy eating past.
Numerous instances continually show how much the food industry is shifting to healthier lifestyles. Canada’s new food guide recommendations of 2019 has a focus on fruits, vegetables, whole grains and protein foods such as beans and nuts, according to CBC News. Multiple recalls like Utah recalling 99,260lbs. of ground beef infected with (URL removed)i and Minnesota recalling over 164,000lbs. of Jenni-O turkey product infected with Salmonella, both as recent as November and December 2018, is making it easier for people to say “No” to a Quarter pounder with cheese. So much so, that in the United States, there’s been a 600% increase in vegans in the last 3 years.
With stats like these and living a Vegan lifestyle, I am in need of an investment of $29,400 in order to secure the location, handle startup costs and have operating funds available for a 2-3 months.
