This is a very exciting time for me, for the past nine months I have worked on a highly replicable pioneering restaurant business venture for college towns.
Through my Ten years of restaurant experience (six in management) and talking with friends I have noticed the gaping void in hospitality in college towns, whether it be in the service, value or the food.
That’s where my restaurant concept is going to be different. First of all we will be a community based restaurant. Somewhere college students, professionals and families can call home.
Earl's is a Modern American Restaurant Bar with a hip and youthful vibe that will be fun for guest of all ages. Our founding premises will be providing mouth watering food world class service and tremendous value to all our guests. At Earls we won’t just be selling food, but providing our guest with an unforgettable experience. Our target guest will be between 18- 45. We will generate multiple revenue streams through food sales, lunch and dinner, alcohol sales, catering and special events.
Earl's will not only be a unique restaurant, but a community leader and a socially responsible business. A founding tenet of Earl's will be service both to our guest and to our community. In that vein, 5% of the food bill will be donated to one of our local charity partners.
So not only will you leave Earl's happy and full, but a sense of pride to giving back to the community you love.
