My name is Eamonn Wallace . Im looking for an investor or a loan to help build a guesthouse on land I own located 10min from montego bay airport in Jamaica. 200k is what I am requesting . The plan is to create a guesthouse that will be run by myself and family (groundskeepers) to host travelers, weddings , golfers, live podcasts, influencers online content, air BNB, family and friends etc.. a percentage of income made from the property will go to property maintenance another percentage of income made will go to a vehicle on site which will be maintained and available for use while staying at the property. Any investment or loan made towards the property will be returned in full in a timely fashion or as soon as absolutely possible.
