Description: Morris Financial Group (MFG) consults with, packages and places Private Investor Commercial loans with investors for businesses throughout the states. We are currently looking for $6,000,000 of a very short term bridge loan (venture capital) immediately. Take out JV loan in 45-60 days. Our client has purchased an existing Oil Tank Storage Farm in TX with a Close of Escrow this Friday, March 18th. We are not able to fund the closing for another 30-45 days thus missing the close of escrow. There will be NO time extension.
