We are a group of Three individuals who invest in Foreclosures and get great deals from Sellers in Nevada. The one thing that we are lacking is the capital to purchase properties that have over 20% equity after all negotiations have been made. We are looking for an investor who is willing to put up the funding to make this happen and in return make a profit. (Amount of profit depends on type and size of deal).
