Shred Shed was developed by a former Navy Master-at-Arms and private security contractor to disrupt the fitness industry. After conducting much research, it is clear what the consumer wants and is not receiving. Smaller class sizes and variety. These are two important areas where many other fitness studios/concepts fail the consumer. There are many more issues that Shred Shed addresses as well but these are the main two issues as it relates to our direct competition.
