We are a retail Motorcycle and ATV Parts, Apparel, and Accessories store, who will also offer installation on the parts we sell. This is a somewhat new concept, being that we are specializing in part and apparel sales, but will also provide installation in store for those parts the customer has purchased. We believe this is our competetive advantage over the only major hitter in the industry. The gorilla in the market is a large company, and to provide them with respect, I would rather not expose their name. I will refer to them by "CG". These guys have expanded from 6 stores in 1998 to an astounding 100+ stores as of December 08. We are planning to directly compete against CG here in our local market with our flagship store in Plano, Tx, then expand to the 3 other major markets in Texas, which includes Houston, San Antonio, and Austin by the end of year 2. Once we have secured the state, we will then conquer the rest of the US.
We have developed a business model that will stategicaly identitify and exploit the weaknesses of CG with the help of our extreme knowledge of the motorsports industry, that is due to over 35 years in the business, and our Store Manager, who was once a top selling employee of the CG company.
We have been completely funded by cash to this point, but would like to be able to further expand our marketing efforts and improve our inventory within the store. With the additional funds, we would be able to further ensure the success of the company.
We have aligned ourselves with industry leading manufacturers and are in the process of adding more as we speak.
