I am trying to startup a Managed IT Service Business in the Northeast Ohio and Western Pennsylvainia areas. I am planning on targeting profesional small to mid-sized businesses to include legal, medical, and financial offices. I am also going to target local county facilities as well. My business model will allow me to provide a service to area businesses which will not only save them money but creat a more prductive networking system. I will be able to remotely monitor and manage 90% of services required by the small businesses which will enable each of my technicians to actively monitor and manage at minimum 10 clients each. I have all my sales material ready for printing, powerpoint sales presentations are being finalized, service contract completed, and my business plan ready for your review.
I am looking for a private investor to fund the startup of my company in exchange for a percentage of teh equity ownership in the company. The details of the investor partnership will be negotiated. At minimum I will need $20,000 for startup but, I would prefer around $50,000 so that I could better position myself in the market with a more powerful advertising and marketing plan. The additional funding will also help with the first few months of operation to include travel cost to go to client locations, advertising, insurance payments, etc...
