The all have large terraces on one side, as well as balconies. You will not find town houses that are of this caliber in the Orlando area and you certainly will not find any with 4 floors that are a whopping 2400 sq. feet. The real estate market may not be looking well to some people however the community these are in is flourishing and in the past 4 months the sales in this area are astronomical. I am looking to purchase ALL of the 4 Story/Floor town homes so as they are very rare and they are what most people want in this area.
