Our company is a web-based platform with a software-suite and App Store for nonprofit organizations to manage and deploy their online or live auctions and other fundraising events. Using the founder's over 10 years in the technology industry insight and marketable experience as a software developer for top technology companies, we are able to serve a very large, very under-served market. We are one of the very first technology companies offering affordable, world-class software to the non-profit community. We use the state of the art coding and information storage utilized by all of the major for-profit corporations to keep our own costs much lower than the nearest competition, giving us a major advantage. Only recently has the non-profit industry begun to grow technologically and is currently given poorly engineered choices for event software. We have experienced a level of interest from non-profit leaders during conventions that has surprised even us with nearly 100% of leaders whom we speak with enthusiastically pre-registering for our upcoming beta. Our company has global potential and potential to break into the world of corporate giving by connecting corporations and non-profits in an exciting and very profitable new way.
