Description: We are investors who purchase and rehab single family and multi family properties in the southbay area of Los Angeles, California and surrounding areas. We have good credit but not excellent credit which presents challenges when trying to obtain conventional mortgages. The current lending market environment is prohibitive at this particular moment to anything less than pristine credit. We are seeking to selectively rehab properties that are in need of repair. We will not consider a property as a viable candidate unless we can purchase for at least 30% BELOW market value. At this time we are seeking $10,000 to $50,000 depending on the deal.
