Our small business, Corner Hall , is seeking $5 Mil in early stage business funding to develop our unique equestrian/resort development community located within 20 minutes of Washington Dulles International Airport. Corner Hall is located in Aldie, VA and our plans are to begin construction in summer 2010. With the right investor the development will provide at least a 100% return on their money in a copule of years. I have included some basic details below regarding the funding that we're looking for.
