Director and owning partner of a multi disciplinary medical facility located in Columbus Ohio. Looking to expand and branch out on my own. In need of capital for initial cash flow of employees and expenses. Location of practice and most of the medical equipment has already purchased.
Convention bank financing will take 4-5 months because of the new lending rules and use of the SBA. The beginning of the New Year/ January is the best time to open a new medical office and waiting on the banks will set us back till mid year. That is why we are looking outside the box. Thought process was you can make more investing in our practice than in the stock market over the next 18-24 months.
