Hello my name is Drew Cashmere I am a real estate broker and an avid real estate investor. I am currently in the process of raising $1,000,000 to invest in real estate. I was planning to use my sizeable 401K to secure additional financing. Do to the great opportunity that stands in front of us to invest in real estate I do not want to wait. I truly believe that we have a once in a lifetime to help others in need and to reward us in the process by investing in real estate. Our company's goal for this year is to purchase and fix up 12 single family homes in Broward County. Next year we will be on pace to purchase and renovate 60 homes.
